At Forte Series, we want you to be fully satisfied with your grooming essentials. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible products.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include any provided packing slips.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
